Leadership

  • Fractional or Full-time (Remote or Hybrid)

    The CXO will be responsible for overseeing all additive lifestyle experiences for the brand including apparel and accessory strategy, travel and rental planning, concierge services and strategic partnerships and collaborations. They will execute and implement brand lifestyle experiences that foster brand loyalty, increase awareness and engage Curtiss customers. The CXO will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure authentic presentation of the Curtiss brand.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience in a customer experience, marketing or brand leadership role

    • Experience in brand strategy and positioning is a must

    • Extensive experience developing brand partnerships and nurturing brand collaborations is a must

    • Experience in luxury, fashion and/or mobility industries is a must

    • Experience working with high growth startups is a plus

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus)

    Compensation

    • Curtiss is primarily seeking and will prioritize fractional executive applicants who are open to working for a meaningful equity stake to begin. The role has the opportunity to become full-time and salaried after the company has completed its ongoing Seed capital round.

Technology

  • Part-time or Full-time (On-site, Raleigh, NC)

    As Software Engineer you will work on the core embedded software that controls our electric motorcycle. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing code for critical systems like:

    • Motor Control: Develop efficient algorithms to optimize power delivery and torque from our state-of-the-art axial flux motor.

    • Battery Management System (BMS): Ensure safe and reliable battery operation through control and monitoring software.

    • Vehicle Control Unit (VCU): Write code for the brains of the motorcycle, integrating sensor data, motor control, and user inputs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

    • 2+ years of experience in embedded systems development, preferably for automotive or industrial applications

    • Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with real-time operating systems

    • Strong understanding of control theory, power electronics, and electric vehicle technology a plus

    • Experience with development tools like Git, debuggers, and code analysis tools

    • A passion for motorcycles and a desire to push the boundaries of electric mobility

    • Experience with CAN bus communication protocols.

    • Familiarity with electric vehicle software development tools

Production

    As Supply Chain and Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for all incoming components, materials and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities will include:

    • Negotiate manufacturing and vendor contracts

    • Order and receive parts in a timely manner

    • Organize inventory for production team

    • Strong communication and ability to work with teams of different disciplines

    • Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory or related fields

    As CX Specialist / Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for all motorcycle deliveries and the first impression of Curtiss ownership. Responsibilities will include:

    • Deliver motorcycles within the 48 contiguous States of America

    • Communicate with customer to create bespoke delivery itineraries that meet their needs and preferences

    • Ensure customers receive their motorcycles on schedule

    • Walk customers through Curtiss ownership and demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand and its portfolio of products and their features

    • Strong communication and ability to meet the needs of customers

    • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and understanding when customer needs or request change

    • Previous experience in luxury is a plus
